There are so many amazing benefits to receiving prenatal doula support! Many mamas find their first trimester to be especially challenging due to a lack of energy, food aversions, sickness, etc. It can be so beautiful and healing to allow yourself to be fully taken care of in this time so you can focus on resting and adjusting to this new transition. When I come for a prenatal visit, you are the top priority mama! You will receive nourishing meals, beverages and snacks specific for your current stage of pregnancy, an herbal pregnancy bath, prenatal Abhyanga or Kansa treatment, or anything else you may be in need of that day. These visits can begin as early in your pregnancy as you would like and can continue monthly until you give birth! We can create a custom prenatal support package that feels nourishing and supportive to you. You don't have to do this alone mama, I am so happy to love on and nourish you during these nine precious months to help you prepare for optimal birth and postpartum

Prenatal Meal Delivery

Preparation of Ayurvedic meals specific to your stage of pregnancy, to help nourish you and your baby! Meals are prepared in my home and delivered to your doorstep.
*This option DOES include the price of groceries for all meals provided - always organic and local when possible*
Cooking & Individual
Doula Services $60/hour
Ayurvedic and Holistic personal cooking services provided in the privacy, comfort & convenience of your home. This option does NOT include the price of groceries, however, this can be provided for an additional rate. When I provide groceries, they are alway organic and local when possible.
One time offerings or add-on hours for Ayurvedic Doula Care. Can include Ayurvedic meal, snack and beverage preparation, light housekeeping, trouble-shooting for mama & baby, nutrition guidance, helping with other children and/or pets.
